    very robust. after reading reviews on a few sites i chose to buy the brass one over the plastic one, although it's expensive i'm pretty sure it will last longer than me and i don't mind.i will me don't worry about his escape.

    i had to buy it for the bathtub we bought i thought it was expensive for what it is. i haven't used the tub yet as we are renovating so not sure if it works properly.

    my installer lost a part and i called american standard to buy the missing part. the customer service representative was excellent and very helpful in shipping the required part. stark contrast to most customer service experiences today.
