The one issue we have with it, is that one of the handles is a little loose. We can't seem to get it any tighter. This does not take away from its looks or from the function right now. I can only hope that in 1 year we are saying the same thing. Classic simple lines A+. Water flow A+. Ease of use and installation A+. Quality was great, looks great in any bathroom with a variety of finishes and the waurenty is unmatchable. The packaging is very secure and every part is secured to ensure quality is delivered. Parts are easy to install.I would highly recommend this
