Don't believe the negative reviews the fix is easy!!..
first of all I am writing this review after two years of ownership. yes i also had the toe tapper drain problem. however, after a quick email to us standard, I received an email response with a photo and written instructions and the repair took two minutes. 1) unscrew the top of the mushroom and remove the gasket 2) unscrew the whole mechanism two or three turns 3) replace the rubber stopper and the mushroom. it has happened ! it's that simple. it is a nice combination of tub and drain and i will buy it again when we renovate the next bathroom.
