Fantastic tub. I have now had it two years .....
fantastic bath. I've had it for two years now and I'm just as happy with my purchase today as I was when I first installed it. yes, we installed it ourselves. you really have to put it in a mortar bed to get a really solid foundation.

I also loved this minimalist style..
my aunt bought this freestanding bath and it is very stylish. i also loved this minimalist style: http://amzn.to/1on88m0 i just loved its precious porcelain look. it looks like it can't be scratched or dulled easily. .. http://amzn.to/1on88m0

Looks good Easy Install for Plumbing-Inclined Doers..
I believe the reviewer below received and returned the broken tub - same comment! bath1 was great and luckily we didn't have any tight deadlines to install our bath (the new bath was delivered to us within a week). the DIY installation was easy for the plumbing - I've seen much more complicated fixtures and it was easy enough - although we had to go through the ceiling below to connect the plumbing (we hoped to avoid the drywall!). the faucet was very difficult to install but we finally got it - the connections are unusually large so it was impossible to find line extensions so we had to get it working. the tub looks great and strikes the perfect balance between contemporary and traditional design. the crane is very well built and has a smooth heavy opening/closing action and works very well. overall very satisfied on this point - about 2 months after installation.

I think the tub looks beautiful. I don't know how hard it was to .....
I think the bath is beautiful. i don't know how hard it was to install because we had a contractor to install it. one issue we found was that you can't use rubbing alcohol in the tub. had no water in the tub at the time the alcohol was used. the rubbing alcohol reacted with the acrylic coating and ate it up now that my bathtub is messed up. I would have liked to know. i would have given a 4 or 5 star but that's why it's a 3 star. I don't know if it was in the tub care instructions because the contractor only gave me the installation papers that came with the tub. the shipment arrived on time which was a good thing.
