This is an excellent product how ever I have the same problem with the back splash not allowing the drain to be able to closeoff the water in order to fill the bowl partway. I have several of these. In a basement bathroom, where this is the only sink, we needed the faucet to be higher to be able to get a bucket under it, for work around the garage, and whole area. I was trying to find a different faucet that works as well as this one, and really liked some Brizos, but each had little glitches about it that made it not work; for instance, the one I liked the most didn't have an escutcheon plate to cover the holes in the counter. I don't like using a hot and cold faucet any more, with 2 handles, except for the bathtub, and this is perfect. I have one of the touch/sensor Addison faucets, and for a while it is quite annoying, as it goes on too often, and you have to keep turning it off. I've gotten more used to its quirks, but I like the non-touch better, as you can control better when the faucet goes on and when it goes off.<p><small>Originally Posted on DeltaFaucet.com</small></p>

This is a nice faucet. My trouble was with the store I bought the faucets from. I bought 4 identical faucets from a local company that sells kitchen cabinets, countertops, fixtures, faucets, etc. I asked for a plate for 2 of the 4 identical faucets that I ordered. I was charged an additional $40.00 per plate. When I got the boxes home I found each box had a plate included in the model 592-DST I ordered. I contacted the local store I ordered the faucets from and told them I wanted to be refunded for the 2 extra plates they ordered and they insisted that the plates were extra. After several phone calls I went to the store and showed them the box and specifications that showed the faucet plates were included. They did credit me for the 2 extra faucet plates but they said the other 2 plates belonged to another order and I was tired of arguing and gave them back the 2 plates that I still believe were mine. I really feel ripped off and feel like the store I shopped with doesn't know the Delta product they are selling.<p><small>Originally Posted on DeltaFaucet.com</small></p>
