I installed my Collins Arctic Stainless single handle pullout faucet (model 4140-AR-DST) a couple weeks ago. Was not available in local stores so I ordered on-line. The faucet installed easily and without issue. Although this faucet boasts a lifetime warranty, I am skeptical as the PEX supply lines and hose fittings for the pull-out faucet are made of plastic. The faucet does look great. I especially like the arctic stainless color. My biggest issue is the diminished water flow. The water comes out of the aerator with only about a 3/8" diameter stream in the normal mode, which is relatively small compared to the overall diameter of the aerator. It is certainly smaller from than I am used to. If you quickly turn the faucet full on, the water splashes back when it first strikes the sink bottom, which tells me that it is only getting partial aeration. This faucet is rated at 1.8 gallons per minute. There was a Delta aerator available rated at 2.2 gallons per minute (RP53998). I purchase and installed it, but it seemed to have no noticeable affect in water flow or pattern (diameter, aeration). The water flow for the spray mode does appear to be normal and certainly acceptable. One other thing that also surprised me. Although while standing at the sink operating the faucet it appears to sound normal and quiet, when in other parts of the house, when someone else is operating the faucet, it resonates a louder sound than my older faucet. Easily heard two rooms away.So in reflection, I am only somewhat pleased with my purchase. I would like to see a wider aerated stream more typical to what I am used to and an option to increase water flow by removing a restrictor, if you so desire.Somewhat disappointed.
Originally Posted on DeltaFaucet.com

I've had this faucet only a couple weeks, I found the install to be simple, the supply lines were long enough, & it all went together quick & easy. the valve body is heavy enough to indicate there is actual metal in there and may last longer than the M---that it is replacing. Water pressure is fine, the spray to stream rocker switch is solid with a definite change & no dribbles. The brushed stainless finish is great & cleans well. The main valve handle is great with a short throw hot to cold & NO problem finding a the completely off spot once you get used to it, I've had light switches that are worse. Overall I think this will be a great unit that will give years of service. Not sure that the magnetic docking of the spray head is worth the extra $20., I also bought the same model without the magnetic (for another location) they seem the same.
Originally Posted on DeltaFaucet.com

We have this delta in our kitchen of our brand new home. We did personally select this one as we aren’t fans of the big farmhouse style ones. We are also having the issue with the drip upon shutoff. As mentioned previously it has to be in the exact spot to have it completely shut off. Any recommendations Delta? I do like when u shut if off the spray feature stays on when u turn it back on. Easy to clean.||Review photo 1 Photo This action will open a modal dialog.
Originally Posted on DeltaFaucet.com

Good looking faucet, though wish it came in a Venetian bronze type finish. This has great functions for our laundry but has not yet been installed.
Originally Posted on DeltaFaucet.com
..
