i have been using it for years. zero problems. easy to turn for different spraying positions. easy to clean. would buy again.

I really like this shower head! there is more water pressure from this handheld showerhead than any other I have recently purchased. i am having trouble changing the settings because the shower head rotates - maybe i am doing something wrong but the whole head spins and i can't turn my face while showering. if i can hold the head in place i can just rotate the face to change the settings. but since I don't have to change it often, that's usually not a problem.

perfect replacement for the original installed during the retrofit. the old one had plastic caps at the holes/openings for the jets which eventually started falling and randomly spraying water. this one is all metal around the holes so it won't fall out.

I finally had to replace my 15 year old grohe movario five hand shower. super easy to install and what a difference! the grohe movario five hand shower is a quality product. sturdy and not plastic. I hope this lasts 15 years!!

when i first got it the pressure was slightly lower than the 18 year old waterpik it replaced. i went ahead and carefully removed the pressure regulator and now it sprays really well. it's recessed so I've found it can be pulled out with a pair of angled toothpicks without damaging it. it's easy to reinstall if you ever want to, but if you're not too worried about the water bill, you'll never want to. the quality is excellent on this part. I found that I never use the main pivot function because the angle it already has is perfect. I probably would have been just as happy with one of the fixed head models. great product nonetheless!
