easy to install even for someone who is not a handyman; the sound of the toilet flushing is a bit alarming at first, but you get used to it; it's a very quick rinse and fill, meaning it gets quiet after the first rinse. we still have to go through the rigors of our family's flushing needs, but so far it seems like a good investment.

I called by default before I bought this. they said people are installing commercial toilets in homes all the time. so i ordered this one. we got it and the old one came out in 20 minutes. it rolls like a rocket taking off. you don't have to worry about things blocking the toilet anymore. this is placed in a house on a city water main. it operates at about 60 psi of pressure. toilets require a minimum of 25 psi to operate. when you take out your old toilet, close the flush and use a sponge to squeeze out the remaining water. no need to remove the top tank. just remove the nuts from the bolts and lift the whole thing up. the bolts to be spaced 6 in. apart. I found when looking at the specs of this toilet that the bolt holes are 15cm apart. this is the standard for businesses and homes. you'll need 11 inches of wall space between the center of your toilet's main drain and the sewer. it says 12 inches in the specs, but that leaves a 2 inch gap between the tank and the wall. I put a wedge on the wall behind the tank to make sure it doesn't wobble, given the extra space and knowing kids sometimes go crazy in the bathroom. drain hole in the ground. these are the best toilets in the world!!! I was finally able to hang my plunger forever. I would have to dive daily for almost everything. I put it myself. my only minor issues were that the nuts to screw the tank to the bottom were stuck/stuck in the tank. i thought they were not included at first until i started shaking the tank. the bag broke when removed but it worked. my other issue was that the instructions provided were different than on the flushmate website. i had to check the website because the toilet didn't stop working when first put in. the problem was you had to pull the canister all the way out of the flush valve and then slowly screw it back in until the tank was pressurized. the included installation instructions weren't as clear as the ones online. it only took an extra minute to stop and search. I recommend everyone to buy this toilet!
