Flush works perfectly (though loud of course)..
the toilet bowl looks (and feels) smaller than my kohler and gerber

Uses the least water compared to competitors..
after installing the toilet below to reach the height you want, we love this water-saving toilet and don't use the plunger anymore!

Not a Lot of Pressure..
these toilets flush better than a regular water-saving toilet, but not much better. I wish I had saved my money.

Quality control is a bit lacking but the product is good..
direct delivery to the "old house" for weekend installation - the flush valve was incorrectly (upside down) connected to the plunger. no tech support on sunday so I wasted a few hours trying to figure it out myself. hard to believe they could have someone put them together without any supervision. once it works it's impressive - good hunting even with the crippled california model (1.1 gal/yacht). one more minor point - since it's almost certain that a new wax ring will be needed, why not put one in the box...
