went to the home depot and ordered one but it was the wrong model. they wanted to give it another try but weren't sure so ordered it themselves and it came quickly, was well protected and fit perfectly.

the whole unit we had to hold down the lever a bit first to activate the system properly, my brilliant son went on the u tube and found a very simple damper adjustment????? it now works amazingly as promised by the excellent manufacturing product. we had to buy the tank from bath1 because the original tank was dropped and broke during installation. oops

I really wanted to give this product 5 stars. however, after a few months of use, the standard US cadet tank had problems. i have had other toilets (tanks etc) in the past that have lasted for years not just months! it's disappointing.

bath1 blundered and sent me a tankless toilet base so I had to order a separate tank. they were great at being accommodating and resolving the situation. hold the lever to flush it and it annoys me. other than that it's great. i have to note that the first replacement tank that was sent came in pieces and the 3rd time was a charm - i had a fully functional toilet. you can save $$$ compared to buying new.
