    Not as comfortable as original but an ok replacement..

    we bought this as a replacement for the toto toilet seat that no longer closed automatically. it was recommended as an alternative replacement for the toto brand. although it is ok and fits and closes well it is not the same fit as the original. it feels harder and less open, making it less comfortable to sit on.

    we had it in our downstairs bathroom for a few months but the metal bars didn't stay in place preventing the lid from sticking

    it is a comfortable toilet seat and i think it will last a long time compared to other seats i have had. this new one will not perish like the wooden one.
