The sprayer has barely any tension so if you grab it it WILL spray you, right in the face, many times... until you figure out a way to either not grab too hard, or pull carefully, or hold just the neck. yeah, it's a pain. it needs a lot more tension.

The only issue so far is that when I push it to the left or right, it wants to come back to center. It could be that it's just too new or maybe it just needs an adjustment.
