Overall Good -- Has Some Flaws..
the faucet is very well made the brushed steel finish is nice and pleasant to the touch. water flows well on/off button for user-friendly spray and spray head easily retracts well. the handle turns smoothly and is easy to use. I got used to it right away. one of the reasons I chose this faucet is that it is an inch or two shorter than most other arch style faucets. I found the taps that were larger were too dominant and it was more or a regular size. the plumber installed it quickly and without any problems. a few things I don't like about the faucet: it's placed too close to the back of the sink (as opposed to the center), so I now have to lean over the sink. plus, if you're washing up a plate or something bigger, it's easy to knock it against the bottom of the sink. you cannot use the entire sink due to the position of the tap. Plus, it doesn't have a powerful jet, so you can't use it to remove items from dishes or clean the sink. to have these drawbacks I also find it overpriced after paying about $330 for brushed steel excluding the plumber's installation fee.

The almost perfect product..
I was looking for a new kitchen faucet because it kept coming loose in my building. it was perfect for what we wanted. i have never installed a faucet before but it took me about 15 minutes to watch the moen youtube video on how to install the alignment faucet. moves super well, the drop down spray definitely doesn't come back as hard as I thought. i moved the weight and everything goes back but i would have to adjust it to go back. I would have given it 5 stars but the biggest thing that surprised me was that it didn't come with a mounting plate. I think I'll pay close to 400, that would at least get me the mounting plate. my old faucet was chrome and didn't match the rest of my apartment. I use the chrome mounting plate with the stainless steel faucet, but it doesn't look as good as it should. sigh =[
