Handle broke..
builder installed this crane in our house. it's not bad but after two years the lever that opens and closes the water broke. product not very sturdy.

I'll upgrade down the road to something else...
i like this faucet in general. the finish is nice and the shape is nice. however we have a single sink that is 36" wide and I feel the faucet could protrude a little more into the sink. I notice a bit of splashing ends up going to the deck where the faucet is mounted more, the spray function doesn't stay on when you push the button - you have to hold it down to keep the spray going.probably something I could have come up with with a little more research but I assumed someone wouldn't designed a faucet this way (I think it's pretty ridiculous) and it's very finicky but the bubble the actual spray comes from is too small in my opinion compared to the rest of the faucet. the balance would be better if it was a little bigger was in addition to the basic size.risks of internet shopping!

Looks great just be aware that the pull out sprayer button .....
looks great, keep in mind that the sprayer button has to be pressed constantly to get the spray/shower effect otherwise it's a constant flow.
