Just alright......
we recently remodeled our house and bought this double flush toilet based on the great reviews online and because it was relatively cheap. I think you get what you pay for. my biggest complaint is with the flush knobs...as mentioned in other reviews, they feel very cheap and plastic. I could live with that fact, but my biggest complaint is that you have to hold the buttons to rinse. my grandkids seem to have a hard time finding this concept. it's like an old fashioned toilet where you have to hold the lever. we've had a double flush in our master from pre-refurbishment days and wish I had spent the extra money to get another one for the downstairs tub. this toilet is fine but i feel it uses a lot more water than advertised because you have to hold the buttons. I didn't notice a significant difference in coil levels depending on which button you press. the toto has noticeably different amounts of water.

Unpack all the parts and understand the flow of assembly before you start...
we bought this toilet for the double flush action (which works perfectly) and the hidden siphon which makes it easier to clean. i just installed it today so this is a first review before i even use it. since it's a closed trap, the assembly is a little different than usual, but not too bad. the holes in the bowl to stick it to the wax seal are smaller than I was used to so you'll need to measure the distance with the bowl upside down to set the cabinet bolt to the correct width to go through the holes. important! they supply the cabinet bolts although they come in the tank box which we didn't open until the bowl was set with cabinet bolts bought from a hardware store. note: the box bolts they provide are much better as they hold the bolts tight when you try to run the bowl over it. the scrap I thought I needed from the hardware store had a plastic washer that would normally hold the bolts in place for larger diameter holes, but I kept hitting the bolts as the bowl frame pushed the bolts through the plastic washer, causing the bolts fell down the ground. annoying but it was my fault for not unpacking everything first and understanding the installation procedure which is a bit different from the "normal" toilet. i also had a unique problem in that the eye for the cabinet bolts was raised about 70 mils above the floor. the available clearance on this toilet is only 62 mils so it took shims under the tank to keep it higher than the ring to level it. i think when the bathroom was roughened up in the builders the ring was high enough to accommodate the laying tiles but my floor was left plastered with concrete so it was too low. so i had to wedge the toilet and now i have to figure out how to caulk underneath to hide the gap. I would like to use an adhesive sealant as it would help stability, but haven't made up my mind yet. so far there are no leaks which is a huge plus. the design is therefore solid. you might as well consider throwing out the seat that comes with the toilet unless you're petite in the back. it's an inch narrower than the rim of the bowl and believe it or not, that makes a huge difference. in addition, the seat is higher at the edges and slopes towards the middle, which is not compatible with the typical american outline. moreover, it is made of plastic. I'm going out tomorrow to buy a wooden chair that is relatively flat and matches the width of the bowl, if not a little wider. the height seems good to me, but it hasn't been "tested" in a combat scenario yet. should be good. in general I like the features of the toilet such as the double flush and hidden stairwell, although the latter complicates installation. but since it's just a one-time thing (hopefully), it's worth the extra work to save time later. too early to say if I would recommend it to other buyers. our hope was to replace all three toilets in the house, but we need to confirm we like it before we hit the green. so this review was basically about the setup and the warning to get all hardware in place before you start, no matter what box it's in. oh yeah it's not noisy!
