$620 is expensive for a regular toilet. very comfortable toilet indeed perfect for the man with tired knees. however... still clean? not so much and the reason 3 stars. this is the biggest bs load i have ever heard. I use it every day and the same results as the other toilets in the house. imagine my disappointment for the price (everclean was half the deciding factor). @americanstandard i have 3 more toilets to replace in this house. I'd rather spend the money on an @toto.

I shopped extensively before deciding on this device and highly recommend it, especially at this price.

i never expected to write a review for a toilet on bath1.com but here i am and i have to tell you we love it. even the plumbers who installed it for us loved it and asked me for the model details so they could get one for their own home. if that doesn't tell you how good it is, nothing will. the toilet looks great lying flat on the floor is a great height and does not take up too much space. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was worth spending more than the competing 2 piece models available at major hardware stores. this thing is rock solid and the flush buttons on the top work like a charm. we are already saving water for sure and it rinses perfectly every time. no residue to need extra flushing here and best of all, the problem we seemed to have with mold around the bowl of our previous toilets is gone due to the special silver coating it would have. I don't know how it works, but it works. I'm also surprisingly happy with the slow-down seat. when I'm done at night I can put it back on for my daughter without worrying about it snapping and waking her up. I wish I had bought one for each of our other bathrooms but I suspect this will be a future replacement project. so dig a little deeper into your wallet for this one, but sit back and know you're getting the best when you do. it's worth it.

would absolutely recommend this fixture. the "correct height", although only a few centimeters, is wonderful for adults. it is mainly a gift for less mobile people or seniors. and cleaning? note: no twisted sides. how much I didn't like to clean them - and never had to do everything to make everything perfect. our plumber, on the other hand, really had to fight for the throne. it is heavy and he worked blindly to align the holes on the bolts. Randy's trick: He applied a strip of duct tape aligned with the bolts and way up the sides, then let it go. so if you want to be in your plumber's favor, be home and help him with this part of the installation. have had a lot of company since installation and all have had positive feedback. oh and the youngsters had no problem with the extra height.

we must have been one of the first to buy the boulevard after it was built. once installed it gave us no problems. this experience made me decide to buy almost the same model for another bathroom. to make sure the product was the same I read customer reviews and am confused by some of the complaints. on one site, the buyer gave the product 1 star because it was damaged during delivery! and concerns about the dual flush buttons and location on top of the tank lid (one person even complained about this so I must assume is visually impaired) we had no problems using them even with significant arthritis in both hands. the only thing stopping me from buying another boulevard is the depth of the unit. the bathroom where the toilet will be located is small and we can choose a compact elongated toilet or a wall unit.
