with this we have replaced several chairs in our building. they are easy to install, although at the end of tightening the nut you will need to give a good twist to engage the spring washer. we're happy with the hidden hinges as the hinges that have been replaced have accumulated some roughness so it's good to have all that hidden. I also like round joints because rectangular joints move and look ugly.

we have been using this toilet seat for a little over a year now and it has given us no problems. we have an insurance office with two bathrooms, one for men and one for women. Men's bathroom toilet seat broke and instead of calling the plumber, I checked bath1 and found that this toilet seat was super easy to install. \ and it's very comfortable if I've had to use it, I've also gotten other compliments from people who've had the pleasure of using the new seat (big improvement over the broken one, I think). if we ever have any problem with the female toilet seat, i will buy this american standard toilet seat again from bath1, it exceeded my exceptions.

I should have had this myself. I already have one and it's great! it costs about twice as much, but it's worth it for the extra comfort. this american standard is as i said a very good product but not so comfortable for us heavy people.
