easy installation. works well. a. it's on the heavy side.. but maybe that means it has a lot of good old solid parts in it.

... so the instructions to install the valve were very easy. The only complaint I have is related to .....
I bought a US standard urinal so the installation instructions for the valve were very simple. the only complaint I have has to do with the "special fitting" used to go from 3/4" copper pipe to a threaded fitting on the valve. the installation instructions said to use this "special fitting" and that it was included I looked all over the box where the valve came in and couldn't find this "special fitting" so I went ahead and mounted the valve without this "special fitting" but I couldn't get the valve to stop leaking at this connection. , out of desperation I opened all the pipe covers that came with the valve and lo and behold the "special fitting" was in one of those pipe covers once I used the "special fitting" no more leaking but why hide the thing in a pipe cover you never use and it's obviously not intuitive to look for the special holder there?
