He had no issues at all installing it. In fact he said in his experience and opinion Delta makes top of the line long lasting products, he never has to go back and work on one he's installed. Easy to install myself. Good instructions. Great action on the handle. Looks great. Better flow than the previous peerless faucet. Magnetic pull down works solid. Counter weight for pull down is simple and smooth. Love the no splash cone , sprayer and high flow options.
