one problem with grohe products is that their customer service is atrocious. very long wait times, their representatives will refer you to a local parts dealer if you have any questions that require them to answer other than a warranty issue. for example i asked them if a particular part would fit into a family of shower faucets and they were unable to provide any useful information despite i provided them with a ton of information such as numbers, parts etc the product looks great but good luck if you have one is

sturdy metal mounting. not chrome on plastic. beautiful and of top quality.

i love the grohe sput. it's a great quality. do not forget to clean with a soft microfibre cloth and vinegar. do not use a sponge as it scratches very easily.

very good quality but I didn't need the diverter so I returned and exchanged it for the same brand and style with no diverter.

looks cool. I don't like water sitting on a tap and that is inevitable with flat surfaces. this has enough slope to avoid this problem. looks solid.

replaced my existing bath filler/diverter with this item. it is solid, elegant and modern. works great with my kohler trim valve design, they actually look like a set. much researched and this item won by design and price. highly recommend it.
