Shower head..
not a bad shower head for the money. just don't know how long it will take. I wouldn't use harsh chemicals on it. the finish is fine

Mire than we expected..
how did we live without it? our shower room is too small for a traditional rain shower head. this is perfectly proportional to the space and is perfect for our needs, giving us much more water flow than expected.

Why didn't someone tell me about this 20 years ago?..
this is such a luxurious and amazing shower head I am sorry I didn't have one sooner. it really disperses water in a way that feels nice and completely covers the body. i am small and in my first fifty years on earth the shower head always felt too high, as if the water had to travel too far to give me a pleasant experience. i hated showers. then we got this shower head. approx. it's really worth it. there was an interior piece that broke down too quickly, but we wrote to the manufacturer and they quickly sent a new one.

After installation it seems to work fine but when I tried to shift between the .....
very mixed feelings about this product: after installation it seems to work fine, but when i tried to switch between spray patterns, water started splashing from the edge i.e. the space between the case and the spray face. I took the head apart, but I didn't see any problems. all the joints seemed in place. mounting is actually very easy. I mounted the head without the housing in hopes that the problem would reveal itself, but now it works fine. so i put the whole head back together and the problem reappeared. very frustrating! it took two more rounds of disassembly, research and assembly before the gadget finally worked. however, since I'm still not sure exactly what caused the problem, I have a feeling it could reappear at any time. oh by the way, it's pretty cool when it works :-)
