we have had this product for four days now so between my wife and me it has been used before. my first impression was the weight. it is an all metal product and appears solid. the finish is very attractive. installation was very easy. we had a rain shower head which was old and cheap. I just unscrewed it and screwed in the new one. finished. after removing the old one I ran some water to make sure the hose was clean before screwing it on, the whole process took maybe five minutes. let me tell you about our water supply. we have our own source. the pump turns on when the pressure drops to 30 psi and turns off at 50 psi, so the water pressure in the house is always between these numbers. which is lower than what you would normally get from a municipal water system. our water heater is tankless, so we are never without hot water. this rain head gives us enough volume and all the sprays are quite even. it's soft but very adequate and a great shower experience. we love this shower head. it's a huge improvement over our old one. although it is not cheap, it is well worth it. I don't think you will be disappointed.
