Good price plastic parts...
nice rail but the parts that screw into the wall are covered with exposed plastic so not very good quality.

looks nice..
added a second support for the hand shower. looks beautiful woman is happy. light weight - no handle but works well to hold the shower. easy to install (two bolts). the drywall anchors provided are bad, but they use standard anchor types that are widely available.

The swivel is very tight like the last person said..
i had 3 issues with the grohe bar i received. the first problem is that the nickel color doesn't match all of the grohe kingsingtons trims and faucets I've used. the hand shower holder did not turn. I took the bracket apart and found that the bracket part was not seated properly in the groove and prevented it from turning. the spindle is very tight as the last person said. so I took the bracket apart again to lubricate the swivel and it works fine then use petroleum jelly (don't use grease).
