top quality - this shower arm is chrome - not plastic and has a good sturdy weight. better price too! arrived quickly and in good condition. grohe makes a quality product and stands behind it.

it works as it should. I bought this for use with the grohe rainshower 8" cosmopolitan head and it supports the weight of the head very well. I'm glad I went for the 16" length as the pipe in the wall is further than I thought a 12 inch arm would have been too short, so think about that when determining the length.

made the mistake of buying a cheaper shower arm the first time.. this product is well worth the price. no leaks no issues feels solid compared to the cheap crap I bought the first time..think about it this way it will save you money calling a plumber to get a plumbing arm cheaper shower

this item allowed the shower head to protrude further from the wall so you don't have to stand against the wall. it makes showering more pleasant. I am sold on grohe. great customer service too.

it's a shower arm...what can you say. but i trust grohe and it seems sturdy, well finished and easy to slide on and accepted my high end hansgrohe shower head on the other side. replaces a cheaper arm that was only 6 years old and cracked at the wall connection due to corrosion. i know there is a lot of stress in this place given the 16 inch height but i think a good arm will last 20 years or more. I expect that from this one. shipped very fast and in perfect condition, thank you bath1. rated 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the price.

this arm should come standard in the valve set box. the one that comes with the kit is too short. the extra inches of the optional shower arm make it a true waterfall shower. i ordered it after realizing the stock 12" arm was too short. should be an option when ordering the kit.
