this is one beautiful faucet - sturdy but not heavy looking & extremely .....
this is a nice faucet - sturdy but not heavy and extremely functional (I don't have water pressure issues like other reviewers) - had it installed by gc - took me a long time to choose between this and the petrol model and im so glad i chose this - it's a real eye-catcher. I now only buy faucets from the grohe brand -

Sherry in Customer Service is Horrible! and my Faucet stopped Working after 1 month!..
the faucet is beautiful, but that's why I give it 3 starts... after having the faucet for 1 month, it doesn't work anymore! i called grohe customer service and "sherry" i hate his name! she has attitude and told me she would email me troubleshooting tips. I had to call back 3 times and still no advice. every time I call back she has an excuse. this is terrible customer service and grohe should fire her! i paid $800 for this faucet and expect great service from grohe. bath1 should be following this too!

Best price anywhere for this baby!..
it is a monster faucet and a work of art. we removed the water saver inside, which allows the faucet to run for a few seconds after turning it off. we had to remove it because our water pressure was way too low at the beginning.

Beautiful functional statement faucet..
we recently replaced a grohe "ladylux" kitchen tap with this grohe "k7 medium" tap. we respect the brand and wanted a different grohe faucet but something different. it also has nice simple lines, is easy to use and has become a sculptural statement for our sink. before making the decision to buy it, we had concerns, maybe it was too big? not at all. that said, he's not a shy type, don't mind me. we had it installed by a plumber and look forward to many years of enjoyment from its daily use. well worth the investment.
