very nice faucet. it works very well. I added a weight to the pipe to remove it as it took some work to put it back in, but with this addition it works great.

the spray button only works if you hold it manually. other than that it's a nice faucet.

the crane is well built.

I had this crane installed by one of the engineers working on my high-rise building. he said it was one of the hardest faucets he's ever had to install. he said a particular part was nearly impossible to "put on" and therefore took forever. it's likely the part was faulty, but he got it to work anyway.

one of the few available models that are short enough to fit under shutters. nice product. quite easy to install.

big faucet. I install these faucets regularly. i installed one for my wife. she likes it. it is reliable, beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend it.
