i installed the product and did not get the button on the sprayer to continue spraying without holding the button. i contacted the company and they sent me a preplacement handle. works well !

great item and low enough to fit under our hard to find counter. bath1 handyman also installed it within two days of delivery. very happy with this.

i have had this faucet in my kitchen for almost 10 years and it continues to work with only one very minor repair - an o-ring replacement. I love it so much I bought another one to replace the kitchen faucet in our vacation home. high quality construction and finishes and excellent support from grohe (express delivery no questions asked about this replacement o-ring :)

this product meets my expectations. however, the service I received from grohe and the store far exceeded my expectations. i would give grohe 8 stars and the shop 10 stars if i could. i was very impressed with how fast they were able to solve my problem. I can't say how impressed I am with their customer service.

I like the sturdiness of grohe faucets. the look and feel is so smooth. my last tap was also grohe! can't go wrong with grohe.
