this is an excellent high quality faucet that is easy to assemble, the operation of the handle is very smooth and requires only light pressure. it comes with its own supply lines that connect directly to your valve. my only fault with the faucet is that the spray function/button requires the water to run at full blast. I try to conserve water in our drought, I don't need it at full throttle so I don't use the spray much.

easy to install, only complaint is tap water pressure is lower than my previous one even with reducer removed.

I bought this to replace a similar grohe single handle veneer that was 13 years old. two issues with it: 1. I found that a washer was missing (although not shown in the installation diagram) or was of poor design because the suction hose screwed to the sprayer had an opening that caused a leak. was able to find a 9/16" o-ring at the house depot which filled the gap and stopped the problem. 2. the pressure coming out of the sprayer was much lower than the old faucet. i will try to remove the integrated sand filter to see if the pressure increases.

I have two problems with: this faucet. first, there is no counterbalance to the withdrawal retreat. i called the helpline (had to wait more than 45 minutes) and the service staff was wrong height and offered no help. second, the sprout rotates around its base against the counter (stone), which is a design that will not last. be prepared for this support headache...
