It's too good to mess around with it..
do yourself a favor and have this faucet installed by a professional. it's too good to meddle with it. once professionally installed, it will probably be the best faucet you've had in your kitchen. of course, if you really know what you're doing, go for it. looks good, but even better performance. don't lick at all. just a good solid kitchen faucet. the real thing. I have always loved grohe products. have them all over the house and couldn't be happier with them. plus, if you go to one of your local hardware stores, you'll end up paying between $100 and $150 more. there's nothing wrong with that as the store has to make money and more than likely you'll get a lifetime warranty from them rather than a partial warranty by buying it online. so as always there are pros and cons. if you buy it online, make sure it already fits into the plumbing pipes you have in your kitchen. it has been said again that I really like this new faucet.

Nice Faucet..
the hardest part was removing the old faucet. it was an easy install and works great. a plumber friend recommended the brand and I am very satisfied so far.

I've had this faucet for 6 years now. I had to replace the hose once (around year 5) because there was a leak. plus i like the faucet. extraction function useful for cleaning the sink and adding water to a pan/water filter.

Ease of use for spraying the water...
it was easy to install. however the head was clogged and did not give us enough water. we had to use the old faucet head instead of a new one which is unacceptable. originally we could return the nozzle to bath1.com. however, later we found out how to replace this faulty spray head on bath1.com.bath1.com so that the replacement could be handled in a very convenient way. we are now waiting for the replacement hand shower to arrive.
