I replaced the original hand shower because the jet part was not working properly. this new hand shower works like a charm. I now have to replace the hand shower on the sink on the island.

so far so good, I was concerned about a counterfeit, but the one I received was 100% identical to the original one I picked up.

it fits perfectly and works great!

made our facet like new.

no instructions in the box. would not seal on the pipe and would leak. Grohe tech support said the device should also come with a replacement hose ring. grohe provided the o-ring but it took over 3 weeks to arrive.

the tap is like new again, but there is something different in size on the connection. we had to apply teflon tape to stop the leaking.
