Doesnt use much water & powerful flush...
problem with hot flashes several times but my husband was able to fix it with no problem.

The foam packing was ridiculous. Was very difficult and .....
the foam packaging was ridiculous. was very difficult and messy to take out of the box. the toilet works well but still has issues with the floating cup causing the toilet to run. the flush is powerful, which was the main purpose of the purchase.

Better than the Champion 4!..
the champion pro uses the same champion 4 flush technology but only uses about 1.28 gpf versus 1.6. when spooling it may not seem like a lot of power but somehow it works perfectly just hold the lever until spooling is done for maximum power. the styling is nice, it doesn't get dirty and the assembly was easy. I didn't notice there were any instructions until after I completed the install/exchange myself in about 45 minutes. I don't usually fix things around the house myself, so that should tell you how easy it was. i will only buy the american standard champion series and the same goes for my parents and my brother's family. only negative comment to the article: it is strange that the flush lever is bent downwards instead of upwards, allowing the user's hand to slip once. in a while, but I plan to replace it on the way to match the bathroom hardware. for some reason i have to return both boxes (tank and bowl) and only the bowl then pay my own shipping costs and work with bath1 to get my money back. i made two other purchases of the same item and one was also broken on arrival. still a great product, only the packaging method needs improvement.
