these toilets are great. as described. a good strong flush and it's not noisy like I had read in some reviews and it doesn't last as long as other toilets. my grandkids don't let the toilet overflow anymore which was the whole point i tried this one in the first place. I'm going to replace all the toilets in my house with the same American standard. delivery was as promised and packaging was good no damage at all it was delivered in perfect condition.

it is a toilet with very low water consumption. it rinses off really well especially for the small amount of water. however, such a low-flow toilet also presents problems. there is not enough water to properly wash the bowl during the rinse cycle, so the bowl needs to be cleaned very, very often. very nice like the height and nice how easily the seat can be removed.
