this toilet works great! the water level in the bowl is a bit low compared to what I used to see with my old old toilets, but rest assured it will flush things out of "mother nature" nicely; you don't have to worry. he adapts to the place I chose for him; but before you buy this make sure it fits in the space you want! Also make sure that the bolts on the bottom of the toilet are the correct distance from the wall to avoid major problems during installation. "it makes a much quieter noise when you flush it. bath1 says above that this is a "commercial" toilet but im not sure i agree. yes its a great toilet but if you want a real toilet want "commercial" toilet, consider the "ultra-flush" gerber or a comparable brand with a stronger (but probably stronger).if you're having trouble deciding, see if there are any videos on yout***.com that can help you showing how to flush this toilet and all the others overall i highly recommend this toilet for most households unless you want a real "commercial" toilet also keep in mind this is part of a two piece toilet so you must select a tank to match this toilet, i recommend the standard american tank 4188b.104.020 cadet pro in white.

this is a great product that was easy to install, uses less water and works great...very efficient.
