the product chatters with every flush and I can't stop a leaky connection. return product. bath1 wasted no time to replace the item.

works well in the first 90 days. very happy. a primary bathing location in a private residence.

Kind of annoying but it works..
I had to disassemble it once because of a stuck valve. in fact, after a rinse, the unit continued to fill with water and started to spill all over the floor. plus it doesn't do a full flush every time and you'll have to hit the lever about twice every other time. bit boring but it works.

Got it working..
update: 19-1-2018 I got it working again by adjusting the pressure valve. I don't know why it stopped sooner if I hadn't changed the setting. original review: it stopped working after a few months and only released a small amount of water per rinse. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement for free. this second one also only worked for a few months. bad quality.
