Description:
The 208 Volt 14 Kilowatt 2-Chamber Electric Tankless Water Heater can provide continuous hot water when sized appropriately. A. O. Smith's Electric Tankless water heaters only heat water when needed, leading to potential energy and utility bill savings. These models are easy to install and save valuable storage space--they can be wall mounted, using standard 3/4-in NPT water connections and do not require venting. Designed with a soft start, the electric tankless produce a soft electric draw when powering on, reducing light dimming impact.
Electric tankless water heaters typically require greater electrical supply capacity than standard tank-type models. This model requires 208 volts, 67 amps, 2 x 40 amp double pole breaker and #8 AWG wire size. Please check with your local professional to ensure your home's power supply and breaker panel can support this model.
