Gives you many options for a great shower experience..
this shower is sturdy and comes with everything you need to install it. installation is extremely easy, you do not need any tools or special equipment. the shower head has different settings and they are all great. the normal setting saves the most water, the massager feels like a massage, the spray is so hard we didn't use it, and the rain and champagne settings are fancy but produce a lot of water. we live in california and this shower head is probably illegal in my county as it produces 2.5 gpm although if you use the normal setting it probably wont do that output. all in all this is a high quality shower head and we would recommend it.

Good showerhead with strong spray and mix of patterns - is pricey though..
there's a lot to like about this shower head as it provides a nice strong spray that works well for washing soap and shampoo (I hate showers where the spray is more of a drop and you have an eternity to get soap). the unit looks good and easily switches to 5 different spray patterns and is easy to install. I think it's wonderful - it's well illustrated here. my only concern/complaint with the shower head is that it seems quite expensive compared to other shower heads including grohe's. it is a good quality shower head but if you are price sensitive you can buy one with fewer spray patterns. recommended !

High End German Engineered Shower Head..
This is a good quality shower head made in Germany. if you're going to upgrade your shower with something like this $100+, you'll want to know it's worth it. we think so. it is solidly made with a metal body and a plastic face. the different nozzles are made of soft rubber-like material. if and when the jets become clogged (as with hard water like ours), rub the jets with a finger to remove the limescale and release the spray. There are 5 spray patterns to choose from. simply rotate the outer ring to access each ring. these are "normal" "rain" "massage" (pulse) "champagne" (bubbles) and "jet" (a powerful central jet). we wanted to add a shower filter between the wall pipes and the shower head and chose the attractive compact brondell vivaspring unit. this eliminates chlorine and heavy metals and provides a healthier and more refreshing shower (b0875px56r). I was able to install both items using only hand power (no scratches on the metal) and the job was done in 5 minutes. the filter came with enough teflon tape and rubber washers for the job. simple ! we look forward to many years of use of this quality shower head. advised!

Love it! But plastic really?..
when you get into the high end you would expect metal stuff instead of plastic. we have spent thousands in the last year on new appliances as we remodel our home, almost everything is grohe despite high prices and in many cases unusually difficult installations. this shower head delivers a powerful spray where so many others just can't. I understand it saves water and stuff. taking a quick shower with a strong jet seems better to me than standing there forever getting all the soap off. we've had a lot of shower heads because we've never found one that we liked so much so if something looked better we bought it and changed it. I think we finally found the "keeper" for the main bathroom. a powerful spray when you want it, but adjustable to all the other settings I would never use - but someone else might. the question to be answered is... "why is it plastic?" seriously grohe is supposed to be high end. a friend of mine just sold his $38 million house and it had all grohe in it… it's a cool thing… but plastic? come on... even though it really is the most perfect shower head I've used.

Good performance ShowerHead with five spray patterns..
I like the grohe relexa rustic 100 shower head because it produces a very good spray pattern and gives a nice shower experience. the grohe shower head is only received with warranty papers. there is no information on the shower head itself. the specific information I found on the bath1 ordering site. the shower head is made in germany. the price is on the higher end of what i would pay. the unit feels significant compared to the filter unit it replaced, it is much heavier. part of the outer cladding is made of chrome-plated plastic. but other parts I have observed are metal. looking at the back of the unit (the end that connects to the water), you will see the rubber water restrictor. this I removed to provide more water flow. installation is easy. at that price, however, the manufacturer could have added a little bit of pipe wrap. using two turns of 1/2" wide thread sealing tape the grohe relexa can be easily screwed onto the pipe extension. hand tight with a final tightening with a wrench to prevent scratching. no leaks. head is 3 15/16" across it face and produces a normal spray pattern across my chest of about ten (10") inches. I've tried all five models and for a normal shower.....well I like the normal one. I'm not one-handed vs two-handed spray pattern changes so i always use both hands the device rotates freely from cartridge to cartridge grohe has names for each cartridge i have experienced the normal where water comes from the outside with good pressure and the inside with less pressure one mode has a lot of water that comes out of the center with little force it feels good there is a direct narrow beam from the center that is "stimulating" even a smaller similar model overall good choices i liked. an interesting feature of the shower head is the anti-limescale function. the front of the head where the water comes out is made of rubber. at the end of the shower with the water turned off, run your fingers over the tips of the nozzles to remove the water. i liked the grohe relexa shower head and is recommended. to my criticism. if you found this review helpful, please click on the helpful icon below. thank you

It's nice but pricey..
I'm on the fence about the shower head. overall i like the water pressure and settings. there are plenty of types of jets that allow you to adjust the water flow in multiple ways and it won't leak. the piece has overall weight to the night and feels solid. would I personally pay the price? probably not. however, based on the quality and appearance, I know it will last a long time. what i would recommend is buying this if you want an upgraded shower head that will last but without a lot of extras. while it doesn't have all the bells and whistles offered by cheaper brands, i know it will last. if that's why you're spending the highest price, I'd recommend it.
