this is a review of the grohe relexa rustic 100 5 jet shower head what you get (figure 1) 1 grohe shower head with scratch resistant chrome surface. at an impressive 11.5 ounces (330 g). you can access the five spray patterns by turning the metal ring around the shower head. models include: • normal • rain • jet • massage • champagne nipple on the back is female with standard 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) thread. in addition, it has an anti-limescale system that allows limescale to be removed with a simple finger movement or a damp cloth. note: I haven't had the device long enough to test this. I am renovating one of my bathrooms and this is the shower head that will be used. Due to circumstances, the project is unfortunately taking longer than expected. but I really wanted to try it out so I installed it in a much smaller shower and have been using it for about 10 days now. I have average water pressure for a US home (50 psi) and was very happy with the shower head output. based on my testing I found the normal and rain settings to be perfect for regular showers... the spray and massage were great for working the muscles; especially behind my back. finally, the champagne creates a frothy stream of water which is great for washing the soap out of my hair. I am attaching two other photos (images 12), but note that they show the unit attached to the shower hose with a splitter and not included with the shower head. overall a very well made shower head that i can't wait to install in the remodeled shower.

some water-saving shower heads have poor flow pressure or jet intensity. this replaced one of them. this shower head has sufficient flow for effective rinsing and meets the water-saving requirements. it has a variety of jet patterns, although none provide an intense massage like the shower massage heads of decades ago. it is easy to install, although instructions are missing. it has a moderate degree of angle adjustment (should be fine unless your shower arm is very high in a narrow shower cubicle). the spray selection works smoothly (I recommend always turning clockwise so you don't accidentally loosen the head on the shower arm). there are four unique sprays plus a position that combines two. you can also stop halfway between sprays at other points to get other combinations, but I didn't find any of these very helpful (too little pressure/speed). Installation: There are no instructions, only three parts. the trick is figuring out the order in which to insert the strainer and gasket into the head and toward the domed strainer. generally dome-shaped sieves should extend upstream, but it's much easier to put them in the head the other way around. the seal goes in after the strainer, so it's the part that comes in contact with the shower arm for a good seal. tightening by hand didn't completely stop the leaks in our application, but a large adjustable wrench and a soft cloth (to protect the shower head finish) gave us just enough for a leak-free connection. no teflon tape needed. all in all a beautiful and very functional shower head. highly recommended)

i have tried most of the ones that claim it will help with low water pressure. but i tell you what!!!!! this one comes through.

loved the shower head but had to send it back because the manufacturer said there was a problem with the brushed nickel which had a yellow tint
