Contacted seller for return - VERY easy to work with..
bought this for my mom's bathroom. the unit arrived several hours after the contractor completed the work (confusion over the actual delivery schedule announcement). had to buy a similar unit from a large retail store. contacted seller for return - very easy to work with. i wasn't sure what they would do but got a full refund. now, about the actual unit. I opened the package to see how it would compare to the one placed in my mom's bathroom. the construction is nice and simple. The material is neither too light nor too heavy. it looks like it will last a long time and survive heavy use. the lower support for the anchor is adjustable. the soap dish is right above the crankshaft in case you were wondering.

love! easy to install - works perfectly - good water pressure. great if you have young children or don't want to get your hair wet - works for my 6 foot 6 son and daughter who don't want to get her hair wet and me 5 foot tall!
