I put this grohe rainshower allure 230 on the shower diverter because the water pressure was not enough for this size shower head. it fits in our single shower enclosure. i was surprised by the feeling of rain it gives. just perfect. as it is made purely of metal it needs a solid structure to hold it in place but it will last for decades in my opinion.

grohe rainshower allure 230 1 jet shower head i really love this shower head. the build quality is great and should last for many years. my only complaint is it's super heavy and I'm nervous about the force being applied to the pipe coming out of the wall horizontally. it's probably best if the pipe goes down directly from the ceiling.

I've always wanted a rain shower head and this one is just magical. it's so nice to feel like standing in the rain while showering! it produces so much water that it is much easier to wash my long hair than with the smallest amount of water coming out of a normal shower head. my husband installed it with all the other shower fixtures in our house and had no issues with it. we hung ours to fall straight vertically off the ceiling so had to buy a different piece of hose than the one that came with the shower head but that was fine.
