Swan R-36DT-010
Well this is a difficult one, but after the 3rd pan it finally came undamaged. Bath1 did respond and was good at getting us replacements, but the delay set our project back and kinda screwed us. The packaging of the product just is awful, and when brought up the 3rd time we asked for and was assured they would have it packaged better...sadly it wasn't but Bath1 used a different carrier and it arrived unbroken.
