Shower Base
I bought a shower base and somewhere in the shipping it got chipped in a few places. I reached out to bath1 and they got right on it! I was not expecting the outcome of restitution, but they MORE than stepped up to the plate in helping with compensating me for my inconvenience! That is true customer service!!!
