This looks good and works great...
like all other grohe shower washbasins, this one is very stylish. installation is not an easy task and so you better call a plumber if you don't know much about shower faucets. the installation of this shower faucet also requires the installation of a grohflex universal recessed box in the wall. you have to cut the wall to install this raw box behind the shower. the operation is very good. but the water pressure and temperature control handles are smooth and it is very easy to control the water pressure and temperature.

Beautiful and functional; difficult to use for those with dexterity issues..
So. the installation was difficult for me but that's because i didn't know what i was doing so it's not the product's fault. I like the clean lines and square shapes in our house, but it was a tough find for shower and bath products, although now it makes sense to know why. I myself have no problem with turning while using or manipulating the steering, but for those with dexterity issues it is difficult to grip and move due to its smooth, rigid design and construction. from a design and function point of view I am very happy with the aesthetics of and it has worked like a charm so far!

Gorgeous Grohe Product..
this is one of the nicest trim and control module units i have ever seen. you must use the grohe universal rough in box part number 35-026. it has very good temperature and water flow control. consistent and accurate. it can be a job for an experienced plumber or installer. the workmanship is fantastic and the unit is solid and very well made. it is an expensive product. it would be a really great shower.

Starlight Chrome and appearance..
First, make sure you know the difference between single and dual function. this control is specific to a dual function of switching between the bath shower with a bath fill valve and a freestanding shower head or a second shower head. These Grohflex Cosmos Square Dual-Function Pressure Balance Trims with Control Module look and perform exceptionally well. plan your installation. you will most likely need the grohflex universal rough box (35026) for mounting the studs. grohe 27708000 allure brilliant starlight chrome shower outlet elbow matching cube external elbow or similar grohe starlight chrome external connection matching the choice of chrome and shower head. grohe is my number 1 choice for water appliances. well worth the cost in terms of low maintenance and long life.

Modern Square Design..
this grovelex cosmo square trim has a sleek and modern look. it goes well with many tile and shower designs. dual function trim works with 35 026 raw box for integrated diverter control. showers with a main head and a spray lance. he places the bypass control near the main valve so that everything stays in one place. this works great for small showers where wall space is limited. Functionally, I'm not a fan of hard corners and fine lines in the shower. it may be a little more difficult to turn and operate with soapy or wet hands. I wouldn't recommend it for older people. however, for modern and sleek minimalist designs, it certainly creates that feeling.

striking in appearance but don't love using..
it is a striking appearance without denying it. when you get in the shower and see this, it's beautiful and really glowing. i agree with the other reviewers who say it's hard to get the temperature right and the square edges/corners feel weird in your hand. we had problems with the installation. you need a specific raw box that was a second product to order. we hadn't thought of that, but our shower is tiled with grout. there came a time when a grout line with that little dimple it caused caused problems with the flat, straight back piece. Sorry, I don't know the exact terms, but please check before you buy.
